GE HealthCare in Madrid seeks an International Clinical Education & Strategy CVUS manager to define and deploy the global training strategy for clinical education and alignment across regions. You will collaborate with internal stakeholders and external partners to differentiate the clinical value of the portfolio and boost sales performance.

The role ensures consistent execution of education initiatives, coordinates regional clinical leaders, and reports to CVUS International leadership.

Formación

• Senior profile with medical industry experience.
• Experience in ultrasound and cardiology.
• Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
• Willingness and ability to travel 50%.
• Working level English required.

Responsabilidades

• Define and lead the international clinical education strategy across regions, ensuring consistency, quality, and alignment with business priorities.
• Develop, deploy, and optimize clinical education programs addressing customer needs and evolving practices.
• Coordinate and align regional clinical leaders for consistent execution at international level.
• Monitor clinical education outcomes and leverage insights to improve adoption and engagement.
• Establish and manage strategic partnerships with third‑party organizations and institutions.
• Align clinical education with Marketing and competitive strategy to maximize sales impact.
• Collaborate with Sales, Marketing, Product Management and R&D to integrate clinical insights into product positioning and launches.
