Job summary

Gore & Associates, Inc. seeks an HCP Engagement Specialist to oversee compliant, high-quality Medical Training & Education activities across EMEA. You will ensure HCP faculty selection, qualification, engagement, and compensation follow documented educational needs and company processes.

The role collaborates with Regional/Local Brand Managers, Compliance, HCP Interactions, and cross-functional partners, ensuring independent, well-documented decisions in HCP nominations and engagements.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in life sciences, business, education, marketing, or related field.
• Minimum of 5 years of relevant experience including medical education, HCP engagement, marketing/product management, or compliance operations.
• Strong judgment and ability to make objective, well-supported decisions.
• Strong organizational, documentation, communication, and stakeholder management skills.
• Ability to influence and collaborate across cross-functional teams without direct authority.
• Strong interpersonal skills and the ability to navigate negotiations with internal stakeholders and external HCPs.

Responsibilities

• Develop, maintain, and manage the ANA based on documented educational needs and cross-functional input.
• Guide HCP selection, faculty pool planning, and utilization across activities.
• Lead and govern HCP nomination, qualification, and engagement selection with objective criteria.
• Maintain qualified HCP speaker pools based on educational fit and documented need.
• Support HCP compensation and consulting arrangements in line with FMV and company policies.
• Review new educational concepts for alignment with needs and engagement requirements.
• Conduct periodic reviews of HCP engagement activities for consistency, quality, and compliance.
• Evaluate faculty effectiveness using feedback and utilization information.
• Collaborate with Regional Compliance Champion on interpretation of requirements.
• Build relationships with Sales, Marketing, HCP Interactions, Compliance while maintaining independence.
