Job summary

Factorial is seeking a Team Lead Sales Account Executive (Product Specialist) for the Spanish market in Barcelona. You will lead by example, coach day-to-day, and drive expansion within our existing customer base.

As a hands-on leader, you will manage team KPIs, support complex negotiations, and collaborate with cross-functional teams to deliver value to customers in France and Italy.

Qualifications

• 2–3+ years in B2B SaaS sales with a proven closing record.
• Experience as a Senior AE or strong IC who wants to stay hands-on.
• Leadership experience is a plus; drive and attitude matter.
• Native-level French and strong English; Spanish is a major plus.

Responsibilities

• Lead a team of Sales Account Executives focused on the Spanish market.
• Coach daily, join video calls, and provide real-time feedback.
• Lead by example through your own deals and negotiations.
• Collaborate with Sales Management to execute go-to-market strategies in France and Italy.
• Close deals and ensure a value-based customer experience.
