Next Job Abroad is seeking a German-speaking customer support agent to join our expat team in Sofia. You will help millions of gamers by resolving issues in German, handling live chat, email, and tickets, while enjoying a vibrant international community.

You’ll be trained with 100% onboarding by certified instructors and become part of a 24/7 operations cycle, contributing to a strong player experience across global communities.

Formación

• German language at native or C1 level
• English proficiency at least B2
• No prior customer support experience required
• Willing to work rotating 24/7 shifts

Responsabilidades

• Handle player queries across live chat, email, and ticketing systems in German
• Moderate community boards and identify trends or bugs
• Use CRM dashboards and internal databases to deliver quick, player-first answers
• Create and update internal knowledge guides for support teams
