Mercier Consultancy Group is seeking a Polish Speaking Back Office Gaming Support Specialist based in Sofia, Bulgaria. You will provide high-quality support to Polish-speaking players, ensure account integrity, and assist with gaming platform inquiries while coordinating with internal teams.

Formación

• Native or fluent Polish (spoken and written).
• Valid EU passport (mandatory).
• A genuine passion for the Gaming & Esports industry and digital entertainment platforms.
• Strong organizational skills with a keen eye for detail in a high-paced digital environment.
• Exceptional problem-solving abilities and a customer-centric mindset.
• Previous experience in back-office support or customer relations is advantageous in Bulgaria.
