Mondrian Ibiza offers an internship opportunity at Cala Llonga Beach, Ibiza. Join two lifestyle hotel brands and gain hands-on experience across front desk operations, guest services, and guest relations in a vibrant hospitality setting.

Accommodation is included. Applicants should be pursuing or have completed a hospitality-related degree and speak English and Spanish fluently; other languages are a plus. This internship promises development within a fast-growing international group.

Responsibilities

• Assist with check-in/check-out to greet guests warmly.
• Reach out to guests to ensure satisfaction (courtesy calls, in-person visits).
• Coordinate details for anniversaries, honeymoons, birthdays, or guest preferences.
• Log incidents and collaborate with teams to resolve issues promptly.
• Ensure housekeeping, room service, maintenance meet guest expectations.
• Arrange in-room touches for VIP/returning guests per hotel protocols.
• Assist with surveys, departure interviews, and review monitoring.
• Record guest preferences for future stays.

Job Description

What you’ll do…

• Assist with the check-in/check-out process and provide a warm, personalized greeting.
• Contact guests to ensure everything is to their satisfaction (courtesy calls, in-person visits).
• Coordinate details for anniversaries, honeymoons, birthdays, or specific guest preferences.
• Listen to guest concerns, log incidents, and collaborate with internal teams to resolve problems promptly.
• Ensure housekeeping, room service, maintenance, etc., are aligned with guest expectations.
• Arrange special in-room touches for VIP or returning guests, following hotel protocols.
• Assist with surveys, departure interviews, and review monitoring on online platforms.
• Record preferences, habits, and useful notes for future stays.

Qualifications

• EU Nationality is required.
• Fluent English and Spanish. Other Languages is a plus.
• Currently pursuing or recently completed a degree in Hospitality or a related field.
• Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and adapt to different tasks.
• Team-oriented mindset with a positive and proactive attitude.
• Strong problem-solving skills and attention to detail.
