Mondrian Ibiza and Hyde Ibiza invite you to join a guest-focused team at Cala Llonga beach. You will welcome guests at check-in, handle requests, and help tailor stays to personal preferences with team support across departments.

The role emphasizes attentive service, proactive communication, and careful handling of feedback to maintain high standards for all guests during their island experience.

Responsabilidades

• Assist with the check-in/check-out process and provide a warm, personalized greeting.
• Contact guests to ensure everything is to their satisfaction (courtesy calls, in-person visits).
• Coordinate details for anniversaries, honeymoons, birthdays, or specific guest preferences.
• Listen to guest concerns, log incidents, and collaborate with internal teams to resolve problems promptly.
• Ensure housekeeping, room service, maintenance, etc., are aligned with guest expectations.
• Arrange special in-room touches for VIP or returning guests, following hotel protocols.
• Assist with surveys, departure interviews, and review monitoring on online platforms.
• Record preferences, habits, and useful notes for future stays.

Hyde Ibiza is a festival-inspired food lovers paradise and showcase for music and nightlife, featuring 401 rooms with natural textures and artisan touches.

Together the properties will have 7 restaurant and bar outlets, ranging from premium sushi and an ocean-to-table Balearic fare, all of them highly programmed.

What you’ll do…
