Job summary

Mondrian Ibiza is seeking a proactive intern to join the Guest Experience team at Cala Llonga. You’ll assist the reception desk with check-ins, check-outs and reservations, and provide personalized services to guests.

EU nationality is required; fluent English and Spanish are essential. The internship lasts at least five months, with accommodation and daily lunch provided, plus opportunities to participate in events and internal trainings.

Responsibilities

• Assist the reception desk with guest check-ins, check-outs, and reservations.
• Provide personalised services to guests and respond to questions and requests.
• Collaborate with Guest Experience to organise events and activities for guests.
• Help supervise cleanliness standards throughout the property.
• Address guest complaints and ensure prompt resolutions.
• Contribute to service improvements and manage guest feedback.
• Coordinate cleaning schedules and staff shifts.
• Participate in training sessions and meetings to learn hotel operations.
• Work with different departments to ensure smooth communication.
• Enter cases into Nubola and resolution.

What you’ll do…

• Help manage guest feedback and contribute to service improvement initiatives.
• Help coordinate cleaning schedules and staff shifts.
• Participate in training sessions and meetings to develop knowledge of hotel operations.
• Work closely with different departments to ensure smooth communication and coordination.
• Enter cases into Nubola and resolution.

Requisitos

What we are looking for: EU Nationality is required. Fluent English and Spanish. Other Languages is a plus. Currently pursuing or recently completed a degree in Hospitality or a related field. The minimum duration of the internship will be five months, with a planned start date in April. Ability to work in a fast- paced environment and adapt to different tasks. Team- oriented mindset with a positive and proactive attitude. Strong problem- solving skills and attention to detail.
