Job summary

Mondrian Ibiza, part of Ennismore, offers an exciting internship across reception, guest services and events in Ibiza. You will assist with check-ins, coordinate activities, and help ensure exceptional guest experiences on a fast-paced luxury property.

We're seeking students or recent graduates in Hospitality who are fluent in English and Spanish, eager to learn, and ready to contribute to a creative team. Accommodation is provided as part of the internship program.

Qualifications

• Pursuing or recently completed hospitality-related degree.
• Fluent in English and Spanish; other languages a plus.
• Available for at least five months starting in April.
• Able to work in a fast-paced environment and multi-task.
• Team-oriented with a proactive attitude.

Responsibilities

• Assist reception with check-ins, check-outs, and reservations.
• Provide personalized services to guests and respond to requests.
• Collaborate with Guest Experience to organize activities and events.
• Help supervise cleanliness standards throughout the property.
• Address guest complaints with prompt and effective resolution.
• Help manage guest feedback and contribute to service improvements.
• Coordinate cleaning schedules and staff shifts.
• Participate in training sessions and meetings to learn operations.
• Work with departments to ensure smooth communication.
• Enter cases into Nubola and follow through to resolution.

What you’ll do

• Assist the reception desk with guest check-ins, check-outs, and reservations.
• Provide personalised services to guests, responding promptly to questions and requests.
• Collaborate with the Guest Experience team to organise and coordinate activities and special events for guests.
• Help supervise and maintain cleanliness standards throughout the property.
• Address guest complaints or issues, ensuring prompt and effective resolution.
• Help manage guest feedback and contribute to service improvement initiatives.
• Help coordinate cleaning schedules and staff shifts.
• Participate in training sessions and meetings to develop knowledge of hotel operations.
• Work closely with different departments to ensure smooth communication and coordination.
• Enter cases into Nubola and resolution.

What we are looking for

• EU Nationality is required.
• Fluent English and Spanish. Other Languages is a plus.
• Currently pursuing or recently completed a degree in Hospitality or a related field.
• The minimum duration of the internship will be five months, with a planned start date in April.
• Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and adapt to different tasks.
• Team-oriented mindset with a positive and proactive attitude.
• Strong problem-solving skills and attention to detail.
