Mondrian & Hyde Ibiza offers a unique internship at Cala Llonga beach, Ibiza. You’ll assist reception, support guest services, and coordinate events with the Guest Experience team.

You will collaborate with multiple departments, learn hotel operations, and participate in the Internship Program, culminating in a final project presented to ExCom & Head of Departments.

Qualificações

• EU Nationality required.
• Fluent English and Spanish.
• Currently pursuing or recently completed a degree in Hospitality or related field.
• Minimum internship duration five months; start planned in April.
• Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and adapt to different tasks.
• Team-oriented mindset with positive, proactive attitude.
• Strong problem-solving skills and attention to detail.

Responsabilidades

• Assist the reception desk with guest check-ins, check-outs, and reservations.
• Provide personalised services to guests, responding promptly to questions and requests.
• Collaborate with the Guest Experience team to organise and coordinate activities and events.
• Help supervise and maintain cleanliness standards throughout the property.
• Address guest complaints or issues, ensuring prompt and effective resolution.
• Help manage guest feedback and contribute to service improvement initiatives.
• Help coordinate cleaning schedules and staff shifts.
• Participate in training sessions and meetings to learn hotel operations.
• Work closely with different departments to ensure smooth communication and coordination.
• Enter cases into Nubola and resolution.

Job Description

What you’ll do…

• The minimum duration of the internship will be five months, with a planned start date in April.
• Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and adapt to different tasks.
• Team-oriented mindset with a positive and proactive attitude.
• Strong problem-solving skills and attention to detail.
