Job summary

Mondrian Ibiza, part of Ennismore, offers an internship opportunity to aspiring hospitality professionals on Ibiza. You will support front desk operations, guest services, and coordination with internal teams to deliver outstanding guest experiences.

The program provides accommodation and daily lunch, plus a final project presentation to Excom & Heads of Departments. EU nationality, English/Spanish fluency, and a related degree are preferred; join a fast-growing, international group.

Qualifications

• EU Nationality is required.
• Fluent English and Spanish.
• Currently pursuing or recently completed a degree in Hospitality or a related field.
• Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and adapt to different tasks.
• Team-oriented mindset with a positive and proactive attitude.
• Strong problem-solving skills and attention to detail.

Responsibilities

• Assist with check-in/check-out and provide warm greetings.
• Contact guests to ensure satisfaction (courtesy calls, in-person visits).
• Coordinate details for anniversaries, honeymoons, birthdays, or guest preferences.
• Log incidents and collaborate with internal teams to resolve problems promptly.
• Ensure housekeeping, room service, maintenance, etc., align with guest expectations.

What you’ll do…

• Assist with the check-in/check-out process and provide a warm, personalized greeting.
• Contact guests to ensure everything is to their satisfaction (courtesy calls, in-person visits).
• Coordinate details for anniversaries, honeymoons, birthdays, or specific guest preferences.
• Listen to guest concerns, log incidents, and collaborate with internal teams to resolve problems promptly.
• Ensure housekeeping, room service, maintenance, etc., are aligned with guest expectations.
• Arrange special in-room touches for VIP or returning guests, following hotel protocols.
• Assist with surveys, departure interviews, and review monitoring on online platforms.
• Record preferences, habits, and useful notes for future stays.

What we are looking for:

• EU Nationality is required.
• Fluent English and Spanish. Other Languages is a plus.
• Currently pursuing or recently completed a degree in Hospitality or a related field.
• Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and adapt to different tasks.
• Team-oriented mindset with a positive and proactive attitude.
• Strong problem-solving skills and attention to detail.
