Homeclub is seeking a customer service specialist based in Madrid to join our growing team. You will respond to guest inquiries via phone, email, and chat, and work to resolve issues promptly to deliver outstanding guest experiences.

The role offers a hybrid work model in Madrid, opportunities for growth, and a friendly, international team drawn from over 18 nationalities. You will collaborate with cleaning, maintenance, and operations teams to ensure smooth on-site operations.

Formación

• Experience in customer service and issue resolution.
• Ability to handle inbound and outbound calls.
• Available to work weekends (40h/week).

Responsabilidades

• Respond to calls, emails, and chats professionally.
• Address guest concerns and resolve issues to ensure satisfaction.
• Document incidents in the PMS.
• Coordinate with cleaning, maintenance and quality teams to resolve on-site issues.
