Dandy is modernizing the dental industry with an operating system for dental offices. The Director, Revenue Operations will lead a team to provide forecast, financial, and performance visibility across the customer lifecycle—from lead awareness through activation.

You will partner with Sales, Marketing, Finance, and Post-Sales to drive revenue growth and pricing strategy. This role oversees UK/US and international markets, shaping quota setting, capacity planning, and executive reporting to

• 8+ years in Sales/Revenue Operations or analytical roles.
• 3+ years in a leadership role.
• Strong communication and organizational skills.
• Ability to thrive in a fast-paced environment.
• Proven cross-functional collaboration to hit revenue targets.

Responsabilidades

• Define the GTM bowtie model across the customer lifecycle from lead awareness to activation.
• Drive GTM planning: capacity models, territory design, quota setting, coverage for US and international markets.
• Measure forecast accuracy and pipeline predictability for the executive team.
• Ensure seamless revenue handoffs with Marketing, Finance, and Post-Sales Ops.
• Deliver insights on AE productivity, conversion rates, and deal velocity.
• Build and deliver executive reporting on revenue drivers, product adoption, expansion, and churn risk.
