Dandy is transforming the dental industry and hiring a GTM Systems Lead to own Salesforce and the GTM stack for Europe. You will translate business priorities into scalable system requirements and partner with Revenue Operations to accelerate pipeline, quotes, and data quality.

You’ll shape AI-driven automation within GTM workflows and collaborate with global teams to support international expansion. This role is remote-friendly and requires strong English communication and ownership mindset.

Formación

• 6-9 years in Business Systems, CRM Operations or RevOps roles.
• Deep Salesforce experience; design, build and maintain complex configuration.
• Experience administering GTM application stack connected to the CRM.
• Strong understanding of GTM processes: lead management, routing, opportunity management, quoting, approvals, forecasting.
• Track record owning systems end-to-end in-house at a B2B or SaaS with measurable outcomes.
• AI fluency: you use AI tools in day-to-day work and understand where AI can improve GTM workflows.
• Experience building AI-powered automations, agents or workflows is a strong plus.
• Strong judgment and the confidence to push back on stakeholders while maintaining relationships.
• Excellent written and verbal communication in English and experience with global teams.
• Comfort navigating ambiguity with an ownership orientation.

Responsabilidades

• Serve as the primary GTM Systems partner for Revenue Operations and go-to-market teams across Europe, turning business priorities into clear, well-scoped requirements.
• Design and build scalable solutions in Salesforce and across our GTM stack that improve pipeline generation, sales productivity and quote-to-contract speed.
• Triage and prioritize incoming requests, separating system issues from process and training issues.
• Keep our Salesforce org healthy by reducing technical debt and strengthening data quality and access controls.
• Identify where AI can improve GTM workflows, and help build and scale AI-powered automation.
• Partner with the global GTM Systems team on cross-regional initiatives and shared standards.
• Support Dandy's global expansion as we launch new markets.
• Own delivery end to end for your region, from build through testing, release and post-launch follow-through.
