Formación

• Experience in growth, lifecycle, GTM, or audience engagement (4–6 years).
• Proven ability to drive measurable behaviour change among large audiences.
• Strong independent judgment in managing stakeholders.

Responsabilidades

• Own the strategy for tutor behaviour change across launches and programmes.
• Design multi-channel strategies working with various specialists.
• Define success metrics with data to drive tutor adoption.
