Job summary

Preply is seeking a Senior Supply Operations Specialist to strengthen the tutor ecosystem and support growth in B2B and new verticals. You will lead cross-functional programs, optimize tutor coverage, and implement scalable supply improvements with data-driven discipline.

You’ll collaborate with Product, Data, Growth and RevOps to diagnose issues, design plans, and deliver end-to-end solutions that raise liquidity, quality and lifecycle effectiveness for learners and tutors worldwide.

Qualifications

• 4-6+ years in operations, strategy & operations, consulting, marketplaces or high-growth tech roles.
• Led cross-functional initiatives from problem definition to rollout with measurable outcomes.
• Ability to break down ambiguous topics into clear goals, options and next steps.
• Structured planning, dependency management and multi-workstream follow-through.
• Strong stakeholder management across commercial, product and data teams.
• Data-driven sizing of opportunities and defining KPIs to guide actions.
• Autonomous ownership and proactive issue anticipation.
• Designs processes and guardrails balancing day-to-day support with projects.
• Familiar with using AI tools to automate and improve processes.
• Clear written and verbal communication, able to present trade-offs and recommendations.

Responsibilities

• Drive Supply workstreams for growth areas, focusing on tutor coverage, liquidity, quality and lifecycle readiness.
• Represent Supply in cross-functional planning to shape priorities and launch requirements.
• Be the day-to-day Supply point of contact for questions and edge cases, escalating when needed.
• Structure ambiguous problems into clear plans and deliver from diagnosis to rollout.
• Identify gaps and drive fixes, such as tutor funnel drops and B2B satisfaction.
• Strengthen end-to-end tutor lifecycle from onboarding to matching.
• Evolve quality standards and guardrails across B2B and non-language subjects.
• Define success metrics and build dashboards for supply health with Data.
• Propose opportunities and test AI-driven improvements.
