Workflows.io is seeking a Founding BDR to build and own the top of funnel for an AI-native GTM services startup. You’ll design, test and scale outbound and inbound processes, own lead qualification and pipeline management, and work directly with the founders to establish a scalable sales machine from scratch.

You will generate 80+ inbound meetings and 230+ monthly playbook downloads, while shaping outbound playbooks and scripts.

Formación

• From 0 to 2 years of experience in Sales.
• Genuine curiosity about AI and testing new tools.
• Growth mindset and willingness to learn.

Responsabilidades

• Design a system for qualifying, sourcing and enriching our lead pipeline.
• Manage the pipeline in HubSpot in an organized fashion.
• Create repeatable cold calling scripts and define qualification criteria for leads.
• Generate pipeline from cold calling and convert outbound leads into qualified meetings.
• Qualify inbound leads and maintain the inbound orchestration workflow.
• Help founders and partners with hiring and building the onboarding process for new sales hires.
