Job summary

Huspy, a leading real estate tech platform in EMEA, is seeking a Business Operations Analyst to turn data into actionable decisions. You’ll dive into supply metrics, identify bottlenecks, and partner with Operations, Growth, City Leads, and Strategy to scale growth across cities.

You will design dashboards, extract and clean data with SQL, and translate insights into recommendations for senior stakeholders.

Qualifications

• 2–4 years in consulting, business operations, analytics, or strategy.
• Strong SQL proficiency.
• Advanced Excel/Google Sheets.
• Experience with data visualization tools (Looker/Tableau/Power BI) preferred.
• Excellent communication and stakeholder management.

Responsibilities

• In-depth analysis of real estate supply (agents, properties, portfolios, performance by area and cohort).
• Analytical support to define and prioritize growth initiatives.
• Design, build, and maintain operational dashboards (supply, performance, conversion, efficiency).
• Use of SQL to extract, clean, and analyze data from multiple sources.
• Identify improvement opportunities across the supply acquisition, activation, and productivity funnel.
• Ad-hoc analysis to support strategic decisions (expansion, incentives, resource allocation).
• Measure the impact of growth initiatives and data-driven optimization.
• Translate complex insights into clear, actionable recommendations for senior stakeholders.
