Huspy in Madrid is seeking a highly driven Strategy & Operations professional to report directly to the CEO office and drive actions that improve operational efficiency across Europe. You will help design the operating model, establish scalable processes, and lead strategic initiatives across European markets.

This role requires strong analytical and problem-solving skills, experience turning strategy into execution, and the ability to work with data, revenue metrics, and cross-functional teams

Formación

• 2–3 years in top-tier management consulting, high-growth startups or investment banking.
• Proficient with no-code AI tools to streamline workflows.
• Strong analytical and problem-solving skills and data-driven approach.
• Experience designing operating models or business frameworks.
• Comfort with revenue metrics and P&L reporting.

About The Role

We are looking for a highly driven Strategy & Operations to report directly to the CEO office and drive impactful actions to improve Huspy’s operational efficiency across Europe.

This is a high-impact role at the intersection of strategy, operations, and execution. You will help design the operating model, establish scalable processes, and drive strategic initiatives across different european markets.

The Main Event: What You’ll Drive, Build, and Own

• Reporting to the CEO Office, supporting the definition and execution of the growth strategy across Europe.
• Design and continuously optimize the operating model to support rapid business growth.
• Lead and support strategic central initiatives across Europe, driving programmes and initiatives that enable business growth and development.
• Support business planning, reporting and P&L tracking to enable data-driven decision-making.
• Analyze business performance, identify operational bottlenecks, and implement improvement initiatives.
• Drive cross-functional projects across Sales, Operations, Product, Marketing, and Finance.
• Take ownership of high-priority strategic initiatives and ensure successful execution from concept to implementation.

The Perfect Match: What It Takes to Succeed at Huspy

• 2–3 years of experience in at least one of the following: top-tier management consulting, fast-growth start-up or investment banking.
• Comfortable using no-code AI tools to streamline workflows, solve problems, and improve how the team operates.
• Strong analytical and problem-solving skills with the ability to turn strategy into execution.
• Experience designing operational processes, operating models or business frameworks.
• Comfortable working with data and business performance metrics, including revenue and P&L reporting.
• Excellent stakeholder management and communication skills.
• Entrepreneurial mindset with a willingness to build processes from scratch in a fast-paced environment.
