Fever is seeking a Growth Analytics Sr analyst to become the analytical backbone of Secret Media Network in Madrid. You’ll own data infrastructure, build dashboards, and use data to drive strategic growth decisions across teams.

In this hands-on role, you will combine data engineering with business analysis and AI-powered automation, shaping how Fever scales its live entertainment platform and informs executive decisions.

Formación

• Bachelor’s or Master’s in a STEM field.
• 3–5 years in a Data Analyst/Analytics/BI role in digital environment.
• SQL and modern data stacks experience.
• Experience building dashboards (Metabase, Looker, Tableau).
• Hands-on AI tools to automate analytics.
• Curious, business-minded analyst who asks why and what to do.
• English proficiency; Spanish is a plus.

Responsabilidades

• Data Infrastructure & Reporting: own pipelines and dashboards, ensure consistent core metrics.
• Business Analytics & Experimentation: design experiments, surface growth opportunities, translate into impact.
• Data Foundations & Governance: design data definitions and enforce quality standards.
• AI & Automation: use AI tools to speed up analysis and automate reports.
• Cross-Functional Support: be the data partner for teams and present actionable findings.
