Formación

• Bachelor's degree in Engineering.
• 4+ years of Revenue Operations, Strategy, Growth or Analytics experience.
• Proficiency in SQL, Excel, and data visualization tools (Tableau/Power BI).
• Strong ability to translate data into actionable leadership recommendations.

Responsabilidades

• Shape strategy and performance tracking for the Business Development Team.
• Analyze commercial results and identify growth opportunities.
• Partner with BD leadership and cross-functional teams to define action plans.
• Support strategic planning and forecasting to hit business targets.
