NN Spain seeks a strategic leader to shape customer value and retention for Life & Savings, driving growth and sustainable value across the portfolio. You’ll define priorities, collaborate with Commercial, Marketing, Digital and Data teams, and translate insights into impactful actions in an international context.

You’ll work with English as a daily collaboration language, connecting customer insights to commercial priorities and business performance.

Formación

• Experience driving retention, customer value or portfolio strategies.
• Knowledge of Life & Savings products and the insurance industry.
• Comfort with business performance and P&L dynamics.
• Ability to turn data into action through insights and metrics.

Responsabilidades

• Define customer value and retention strategies that support long-term portfolio growth.
• Identify opportunities through customer analytics, segmentation and portfolio performance analysis.
• Drive retention initiatives by understanding customer behaviours, needs and key drivers of churn.
• Collaborate with Commercial, Marketing, Digital and Data teams to translate strategy into action.
• Monitor performance indicators and business outcomes, continuously optimising initiatives to maximise impact.
