NN Spain is seeking a Partnership Analyst to drive growth across Bancassurance and Assurbanking channels in a hybrid Madrid-based role. You will blend data analysis, product thinking and relationship management to shape value propositions.

Reporting to the Strategic Alliances & Growth team, you’ll partner with Product, Sales and Head Office, turning insights into actions that impact customers and the business.

Formación

• Experience in partnerships, business development or financial services (8+ years).
• Strong analytical and reporting capability.
• Experience coordinating projects and stakeholders.
• Commercial understanding of banking and insurance.
• Fluency in English and strong Excel / Power BI skills.

Responsabilidades

• Drive business development initiatives across Bancassurance and Assurbanking channels.
• Collaborate with Product Development and partners to design and enhance customer propositions.
• Monitor and report performance, providing insights at local and Head Office level.
• Ensure service quality through SLA tracking and partner performance reviews.
• Support the Sales Force in the commercialization of partner products.
