Openbank, the digital bank of Santander, is seeking a Saving & Investing Strategy Lead in Madrid to shape the bank's strategy for savings and investments and drive long-term customer value.

You will combine customer insights, market data and business analysis to identify opportunities and influence strategic decisions, collaborating across Growth and Customer Strategy to deliver measurable outcomes.

Qualifications

• 5+ years in Strategy Consulting or Corporate Strategy within Banking, Financial Services or Digital businesses.
• Experience defining growth, customer value or commercial strategies based on data and business insights.
• Experience analysing business performance, customer behaviour and commercial KPIs to identify opportunities and support strategic decision making.
