You will identify opportunities to increase lifetime value, improve retention and drive sustainable growth, linking insights with commercial priorities and performance.

The role offers international exposure, autonomy and a hands-on approach to shape initiatives from idea to implementation within a trusted, flexible environment.

Qualifications

• Experience driving retention, customer value or portfolio strategies.
• Strong data-driven decision making and analytics.
• Excellent communication skills in English and collaboration across functions.

Responsibilities

• Define customer value and retention strategies to support long-term portfolio growth.
• Identify opportunities through customer analytics, segmentation and portfolio performance analysis.
• Drive retention initiatives by understanding customer behaviours and churn drivers.
• Collaborate with Commercial, Marketing, Digital and Data teams to translate strategy into action.
• Monitor performance indicators and optimize initiatives to maximize impact.
