Heetch is seeking a Business Operations Analyst in Barcelona to turn data into clear business actions. You’ll work directly with senior leadership, turning stakeholder feedback into concrete problems and root-cause solutions across pricing, growth, customer service, and product support.

The role blends analytics with hands-on automation and dashboard development. You’ll use SQL, Excel, and data-visualization tools daily, engaging with Zendesk workflows and Claude AI to streamline processes.

Qualifications

• Fluent in French and English, eligible for the VIE program.
• Proficient in Excel and SQL; able to handle data analysis.
• Experience with data visualization tools and dashboards.
• Able to switch between SQL queries, Zendesk workflows, and executive decks.
• Comfortable with ambiguity and driving initiatives in a small team.

Responsabilités

• Marketplace & pricing: monitor supply, demand and reliability; propose pricing and settings.
• Growth: analyze funnels, identify opportunities, measure initiatives and CRM actions.
• Customer Service: help shape strategy, track KPIs, build dashboards and tools.
• Trust & safety: monitor behavior and adjust processes and automations.
• Automation: implement workflows using AI tools across teams.
