• Bachelor's degree in Engineering, Mathematics, Economics, Business Analytics, or any STEM or data-driven field.
• Strong interest in process optimization, data analytics, and systems/CRM governance.
• Experience with spreadsheets, structured datasets, and segmentation logic.
• Analytical mindset with attention to detail and data quality.
• Excellent communication and cross-functional collaboration skills.
• High autonomy and ownership; proactive problem solving.
• Fluent in Spanish and English.

Responsibilities

• Reliable Revenue Data: own the quality and consistency of commercial data across markets.
• Operational Excellence: design and support processes behind campaigns and targeting.
• Insights & Performance: analyze funnel, churn, revenue cohorts and team performance; translate into recommendations.
• Process Improvement: identify bottlenecks, propose fixes, and automate where beneficial.
• Cross-functional Collaboration: align Sales, Marketing, Customer Success and Leadership on data.
• Scalability Champion: think 10x bigger, help build playbooks for international expansion.
