Job summary

Wall Street English is seeking a Data Analyst to join our Data Analytics and BI team in Barcelona, Spain. You will lead projects from start to finish, partnering with Product teams to drive data-driven decisions and build dashboards that inform growth and profitability.

You will work with AI-enabled analytics, validate AI outputs, and help teams adopt data literacy while following Agile practices. English fluency is required for cross-team collaboration.

Qualifications

• 3–5 years of professional experience in an analytics role.
• Advanced SQL and Excel skills.
• Strong data visualization skills with Power BI.
• Experience with Python or R.
• Experience with web and app tracking data.
• Practical experience using AI assistants with judgment to verify outputs.
• Native or bilingual English.

Responsibilities

• Analyze and explore datasets to uncover insights.
• Design, build, and improve dashboards and reports with high-quality visualizations.
• Partner with Product Managers and multiple Product teams to deliver actionable insights.
• Define KPIs and measure feature performance to support product decisions with data.
• Identify opportunities to prototype AI/ML solutions within product systems.
