• Partner with UA and Growth teams to understand performance and provide actionable recommendations.
• Lead analytical projects end-to-end from problem definition to delivery.
• Own growth data models and ensure accurate performance measurements.
• Translate business needs into data requirements for Data Engineering.
• Communicate results to senior leadership and mentor analysts.
