Job summary

Domestic & General is seeking an EU Performance Specialist to turn data into actionable insights across Spain, Italy and Germany. You’ll develop reporting and dashboards to monitor operational, customer, sales and claims performance and partner with senior leaders.

You’ll analyze cross-market performance, identify trends, and support planning and commercial decisions to improve outcomes and drive growth within Growth Markets.

Qualifications

• Experience in reporting, business analysis or performance management.
• Strong ability to interpret large datasets and translate findings into recommendations.
• Experience with service levels, productivity, or customer metrics.
