Domestic & General seeks a Head of Customer Services to lead end-to-end customer service across Growth Markets in Europe, including Spain, Italy and Germany, overseeing a large multi-site operation with internal teams and strategic outsourcing partners.

You will drive outstanding customer outcomes, improve operational performance, and deliver cost-effective, compliant service delivery at scale to support international growth.

Formación

• Significant leadership experience in customer service, operations, claims, service delivery or contact centre environments.
• Experience leading large, multi-site or multi-market customer operations.
• Proven ability to manage outsourcing partners and third-party service networks.
• Strong commercial acumen with budgets and cost improvements.
• Track record of improving customer satisfaction and service quality.
• Analytical skills to turn data into actions and measurable outcomes.
• Experience in regulated environments with focus on compliance.
