Adform in Madrid, Spain, is seeking a Sales Director to join our Revenue & Operations team. This senior individual contributor role targets new business, strategic client relationships, and revenue growth across local and international markets.

Reporting to the Country Manager, you will manage complex opportunities, position Adform solutions, collaborate with Pre-Sales, and ensure a high-velocity pipeline and measurable commercial impact.

Formación

• 10+ years of relevant experience in a sales position with minimum 5 years in advertising technology or media.
• Strong Financial Acumen.
• Proficiency in Salesforce (or equivalent) with a track record of maintaining diligent records.
• Proven track record of success in managing a complex sales process to closure.
• Comfort selling across various verticals.
• Ability to sell alongside partners and key Adform stakeholders.
• Desire to continuously improve and engage with leadership.

Responsabilidades

• Prospect and convert leads by attending industry events and networking.
• Plan and execute a sales strategy to build a pipeline and win new customers.
• Manage opportunities and map stakeholders prior to onboarding.
• Translate client needs into Adform products and negotiate value for both sides.
• Gather competitor intelligence to highlight Adform's differentiators.
• Maintain a healthy sales velocity and a strong pipeline.
• Keep accurate, real-time records in Salesforce.
