Pillar is an Italian startup with a European vision, expanding rapidly across Europe. We are seeking a Growth Marketing professional to own Meta and TikTok campaigns, shaping creative strategy and performance with direct impact on lead quality and customer acquisition in Italy and Spain.

You will collaborate with designers, video editors and sales to turn performance insights into compelling creative briefs, while ensuring CRM integrations feed reliable signals for optimization.

Formación

• 3–5 years of hands-on experience with Meta Ads and at least 1 year with TikTok Ads, managing lead-generation campaigns behind a sales team.
• Experience with Meta Conversions API, TikTok Events and CRM integrations is essential.
• Native-level Italian and fluent English.

Responsabilidades

• Own Meta and TikTok performance end to end: structure, budgets, bidding, Lead Ads, Instant Forms and website conversion campaigns.
• Build a creative testing engine with hypotheses and a clear testing rhythm.
• Translate campaign data and sales feedback into actionable creative briefs for the team.
• Ensure reliable CRM signals and platform integrations to optimize for valuable customers.
• Protect lead quality by refining forms and messaging to attract ICP-aligned prospects.
• Scale campaigns across markets by adapting concepts for Spain and future countries.
