Pillar is seeking a Growth Marketing professional to own Meta and TikTok campaigns from strategy to execution in Barcelona or Milan. You will work with design, video, and sales to turn performance data into creative briefs and drive qualified leads for our European expansion.

You will build a structured testing framework, optimize for lead quality, and scale campaigns across Spain and Italy. This role is hands-on and impact‑driven in a fast‑growing startup.

Formación

• 3–5 years hands-on experience with Meta Ads and at least 1 year with TikTok Ads.
• Experience managing lead-generation campaigns with a sales team.
• Practical experience with Meta Conversions API and TikTok Events.
• Native-level Italian and fluent English.
• Ability to design a structured creative testing framework with measurable results.

Responsabilidades

• Own Meta and TikTok performance end to end.
• Build a creative testing engine and decide which creatives to scale.
• Translate data and sales feedback into actionable creative briefs.
• Connect campaigns to business outcomes with reliable CRM signals.
• Protect lead quality and optimize messaging to attract suitable leads.
• Scale campaigns across Italy and Spain while collaborating with local teams.
