Job summary

Zeus Packaging Group is seeking a Marketing Intelligence & Growth specialist to develop and implement a capability across European markets, turning data into actionable commercial insights and measurable outcomes. The role connects Marketing, Sales and Country Managers to identify opportunities, improve lead quality and prioritise actions affecting pipeline and growth.

The candidate will work with AI tools to supplement analysis, validate outputs and translate insights into concrete decisions

Qualifications

Experience in Marketing Analytics, Marketing Intelligence and Growth Marketing.
Ability to translate data into business recommendations.
Practical experience using AI tools for research, analysis or workflow.

Responsibilities

Analyse customer, product, market and campaign data across European markets.
Identify growth opportunities by market, customer segment, industry, product category and buying behaviour.
Build dashboards and reporting that connect Marketing activity with commercial indicators.
Evaluate campaign performance, lead quality and cost efficiency where data is available.
Collaborate with Marketing, Sales and Country Managers to improve lead handover and follow-up processes.
Develop repeatable AI-assisted workflows for research, analysis or reporting.
