Job summary

zooplus is seeking a Senior Sales Analyst to join the Shopping & Markets Analytics team within the Data & Analytics division across Europe. You will own analytical products, reporting solutions and insights to support commercial decisions and growth across markets.

You will collaborate with Sales, Growth/Category, Pricing and Leadership, driving KPI governance and actionable recommendations that enhance business performance.

Qualifications

• 5+ years of analytics, BI or commercial analytics experience.
• Advanced SQL for large-scale data analysis and dataset development.
• Strong experience with Tableau, Power BI or similar BI tools.
• Strong commercial acumen and ability to translate data into business recommendations.
• Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills.

Responsibilities

• Act as a strategic analytics partner for Regional Sales stakeholders across Europe.
• Identify opportunities and performance drivers from sales, pricing, promotions, and customer behavior.
• Own and improve dashboards, reporting solutions and KPI frameworks.
• Design scalable analytical datasets and data marts for reliable insights.
• Lead cross-functional analytics projects with Sales, Pricing, CRM, Category Management and Data Science.
• Leverage AI, automation and modern analytics tools for efficiency.
• Communicate insights to stakeholders including senior leadership.
• Foster a data-driven culture by enabling access to data.
