Job summary

You will work closely with the Marketing lead and Growth Specialist to implement and track activities, ensuring alignment with brand messaging and regional requirements.

Qualifications

• Currently studying or recently qualified in Marketing or a related field.
• Basic understanding of digital marketing, social media and email campaigns.
• Interest in B2B marketing, lead generation and growth.
• Good written communication and attention to detail.
• Comfortable with spreadsheets and digital platforms.
• Interest in analytics, CRM, marketing automation and AI tools.
• English proficiency to support cross-market coordination; other languages are a plus.

Responsibilities

• Support digital campaigns and demand generation across European markets.
• Assist with campaign setup, audience selection, and content coordination.
• Support email marketing campaigns and newsletters.
• Help prepare landing pages and lead capture forms.
• Support lead generation initiatives and lead organization.
• Coordinate content calendars and country-specific channels.
• Monitor basic campaign metrics and prepare performance reports.
• Ensure links and tracking parameters are correct before publication.
• Organise campaign results for analysis by the Growth Specialist.
