Job summary

Zeus Packaging Group is seeking a Marketing Intelligence & Growth professional to develop a pan-European capability, turning data into actionable commercial insights and measurable growth.

You will align Marketing, Sales and Country Managers, identifying opportunities, improving lead quality and pipeline progression across markets, using AI tools judiciously and ensuring outputs are translated into decisions.

Qualifications

• Experience in Marketing Analytics, Marketing Intelligence or Growth Marketing.
• Strong analytical skills and ability to translate data into business recommendations.
• Experience with CRM, lead management and data visualization.
• Practical experience using AI tools for research, analysis or workflow improvement.
• Ability to communicate findings clearly to non-technical stakeholders.
• Strong organisational skills and project management across markets.

Responsibilities

• Analyse customer, product, market and campaign data across European markets.
• Identify growth opportunities by market, segment, and buying behaviour.
• Develop target profiles and prioritised prospect lists; support lead qualification and pipeline.
• Build dashboards linking Marketing activity to commercial indicators.
• Validate AI-generated insights and translate into actionable recommendations.
• Collaborate with Marketing, Sales and Country Managers to ensure adoption of insights.
• Define and deliver the 12-month project plan and milestones.
