Job summary

Gram designs and manufactures smart weighing solutions for industrial businesses across Europe. We are seeking a hands-on Growth Manager to design and run our outbound engine, own our CRM, and expand inbound channels and partnerships across Europe.

You will lead the outbound infrastructure, enable market leaders, and drive growth with AI-powered tools in a fast-paced, collaborative environment.

Qualifications

• Real hands on experience running outbound campaigns with modern AI tools.
• Experience in B2B, industrial, engineering or logistics environments.
• At least two years in one company with clear progression.
• Comfortable building from scratch in a small, unstructured environment.
• Fluent in Spanish and English; Catalan, French, German or Italian are a plus.
• Based in or around Barcelona area.

Responsibilities

• Design, build and run outbound systems using tools like Apollo, Clay, Smartlead.
• Own CRM (Odoo) end to end: pipeline structure, data quality and reporting.
• Generate and qualify leads, and book appointments for the sales team.
• Analyze sales performance data and provide feedback to improve.
• Roll out new outbound processes with market leaders across Europe.
• Improve inbound channels including ecommerce and website performance.
• Grow distributor partnerships and explore new partnerships and marketplaces.
• Own distributor portal project.
• Bring rebrand and new website to life across sales materials.
• Use AI and automation to speed up outreach, reporting, and feedback loops.
