Job summary

Ersilia is seeking a hands-on Senior performance marketer who can move fast, test aggressively and scale what works. You will own paid acquisition channels end-to-end, work closely with leadership and play a key role in our next phase of growth.

This fully remote position can be based globally given a +-4 hour time difference within the CET region. You will launch rapid tests across creatives, audiences, and funnels and monitor performance daily to drive growth.

Qualifications

• 4–10+ years in performance marketing or user acquisition.
• Proven experience managing large paid media budgets.
• Strong analytical skills and hands-on optimization mindset.
• Ability to connect creative, data, and growth strategy.
• Experience with major paid platforms (Meta, TikTok, etc.).
• Experience managing €500K to €1M+ per month.
• Subscription or LTV-driven growth experience.
• Programmatic or DSP exposure.
• Mobile app UA background.
