Job summary

TradingView Inc. is seeking a Growth Manager for Spain and LatAm to lead the full partnership lifecycle—from sourcing to negotiation, integration, and revenue growth.

You will build outbound pipelines, manage inbound partnerships, and tailor pitches to institutional clients, with a strong emphasis on product adoption and scalable growth across markets. Remote in Spain or hybrid from Málaga are supported.

Qualifications

• 3–5 years of B2B sales or partnerships with financial institutions
• Experience with brokers, exchanges, or fintech partnerships
• Strong business acumen and negotiation skills
• Familiar with TradingView products and ecosystem

Responsibilities

• Build outbound pipeline with financial institutions, brokers, fintech platforms, and media companies.
• Manage inbound partnership requests through negotiation and onboarding.
• Diagnose each institution's commercial goals and tailor proposals.
• Position TradingView products to meet partner needs.
• Drive integration and ensure volume after signing.
• Collect market signals and feed into product strategy.
• Apply test-and-learn methodology to optimize initiatives.
• Grow institutional presence in Spain and LatAm.
