Job summary

Concentrix España is seeking a Lead Growth Representative (Swedish speaking) to drive lead conversion, partner engagement and new business opportunities across the SMB segment. You will qualify opportunities, engage potential customers and accelerate the sales process in a hybrid, high-tech environment.

The role requires Swedish and English fluency, plus 1–3 years in lead generation or inside sales. You will work with CRM tools like Salesforce and participate in outbound campaigns.

Qualifications

• Fluent or bilingual in Swedish plus advanced English.
• 1–3 years of experience in lead generation, sales development or inside sales.
• Proven experience in lead generation, cold calling and delivering sales pitches.
• Excellent verbal communication, interpersonal and phone sales skills.
• Experience with CRM platforms; familiarity with Outreach or Salesloft is an advantage.

Responsibilities

• Drive lead conversion and partner growth: Qualify and follow up on marketing-generated and partner-led opportunities.
• Generate new business opportunities: Proactive outreach via phone, email and LinkedIn to SMB and unattended segments.
• Execute sales campaigns: Support outbound campaigns and regional sales strategies.
• Manage CRM and sales performance: Maintain accurate records and monitor lead aging and conversion metrics.
• Collaborate and continuously improve: Provide feedback on lead quality and improve sales workflows.
