Job summary

Concentrix is seeking a Lead Growth Representative (Swedish speaking) to drive lead conversion and new business opportunities across the SMB segment in a hybrid Barcelona setting.

You will collaborate with partners, channel managers and sales teams to qualify opportunities, engage customers and accelerate the sales process using data-driven strategies. Fluency in Swedish and English is required.

Qualifications

• Fluent or bilingual in Swedish plus advanced English.
• 1–3 years in lead generation or inside sales in B2B environments.
• Proven lead generation, cold calling and sales pitching experience.
• Experience with CRM platforms and outbound tools is a plus.

Responsibilities

• Qualify and follow up on marketing- and partner-led opportunities.
• Identify potential customers via proactive outreach across SMB segments.
• Support outbound campaigns and sales planning with country teams.
• Maintain CRM records and monitor lead aging and conversions.
• Collaborate to improve sales workflows and partner engagement.
