HappyRobot is seeking a Growth-focused marketer in Madrid to own paid acquisition across Google, LinkedIn, and other enterprise channels. You’ll plan budgets, optimize campaigns, and build a testing roadmap to reduce CAC and increase ROAS, reporting transparently to the team.

You’ll collaborate with design, content, Sales and RevOps to scale demand, accelerate momentum, and lay groundwork for a future performance marketing team with equity on offer.

Formación

• 4+ years of experience managing performance marketing campaigns in B2B or enterprise SaaS.
• Hands-on experience running and scaling campaigns across Google, LinkedIn, and/or Meta.
• Strong analytical skills with attribution, tracking, and experimentation.
• Comfort in a fast-paced environment with shifting priorities and urgency.
• Ability to write concise, effective ad copy and collaborate with design and landing-page teams.
• Good taste and basic design skills; leverage AI tools to move 10x faster.

Responsabilidades

• Develop and execute paid acquisition strategy across Google, LinkedIn, and other channels relevant to enterprise buyers.
• Own campaign planning, budget allocation, optimization, and reporting end-to-end.
• Build and manage a testing roadmap across channels, audiences, and creative to drive down CAC and improve ROAS.
• Partner with design and content to build high-converting ad creative and landing pages.
• Set up and maintain tracking, attribution, and dashboards so the company sees what’s working.
• Collaborate with Sales and RevOps to ensure paid pipeline is tracked, qualified, and handed off.
• Test and scale new channels as HappyRobot’s audience and go-to-market motion evolve.
• L ay the groundwork for a performance marketing team and hire/manage that team over time.
