Just Eat Takeaway.com Spain is seeking a dynamic country program leader to drive strategic, cross-functional initiatives. You will collaborate with the Management Team to deliver growth through data-informed decisions and coordinated efforts across departments.

The role requires fast execution, hands-on management, and the ability to align teams while tracking key performance indicators and ensuring timely delivery of initiatives.

Qualifications

Experience at a top-tier strategy consulting firm and/or growth business in a similar role.
Strong problem-solving and analytical abilities.
Excellent written and verbal communication in English and Spanish.

Responsibilities

Define and execute strategic, cross-functional projects focused on growth, using data-driven insights.
Structure and run critical analysis with the BI team to support data-based decisions.
Act as cross-functional orchestrator to align departments and remove roadblocks.
Track KPIs and propose actions to address deviations.
Maintain a growth and user-centric mindset in all activities.
