HappyRobot Inc. seeks a Growth Engineer to own the full tech lifecycle of our digital presence, migrating the marketing site to a self-hosted Next.js/Vercel + Payload CMS stack.
You’ll craft programmatic VIP landing templates, enable edge personalization, and ensure robust analytics across the funnel. You will diagnose data gaps, pipelines, and implement comprehensive tracking for the sales team, while building our growth experimentation engine and running complex server-side A/B tests to boost
Formación
- Strong track record building from scratch with minimal guidance.
- Deep mastery of React, Next.js (App Router), TypeScript, and Node.js.
- Direct experience with headless CMS tools (Payload/S trapi).
Responsabilidades
- Lead migration of marketing site to a fast, self-hosted frontend (Next.js/Vercel).
- Architect dynamic landing templates for VIP accounts with asset personalization.
- Implement in-platform tracking to reveal account activity for sales.
- Pipe event data to Salesforce, optimize API payloads and data hygiene.
- Build and maintain growth experimentation infrastructure.
- Design, launch and analyze server-side A/B tests for conversions.
