Job summary

Lexidy seeks an Affiliate & Growth Specialist to manage partner ecosystems and treat affiliate funnels as a growth product. You will optimize landing pages, forms, and conversion flows, using GA4, Looker Studio, and CRM metrics to drive high-quality leads and partner ROI.

Collaborate with Product to ensure seamless lead conversion and automate lead routing. Requires 3+ years in affiliate/growth roles, strong CRO, and English fluency; additional languages a plus.

Qualifications

• 3+ years building Affiliate/Referral or Growth Product programs.
• Strong CRO mindset with high-converting landing pages and forms.
• Data-informed decision making using funnel data and metrics.
• Comfort with no-code automation and CRM integrations.
• Structured, cross-functional project management.
• English fluency; Spanish/Portuguese/French a plus.

Responsibilities

• Manage and scale B2B/B2C affiliate and referral networks.
• Design partner landing pages, forms, and UX messaging for growth.
• Set up commission structures and track attribution across campaigns.
• Lead CRO experiments, A/B tests, and funnel optimizations.
• Automate lead routing and partner notifications via no-code tools.
• Monitor attribution using GA4, GTM, and CRM dashboards.
• Provide actionable growth insights to Marketing and Sales.
