Libertex Group is seeking an Affiliate Manager to nurture and expand partnerships with ecommerce, media, and other affiliates while driving revenue through performance marketing. Based remotely, you will collaborate with a global team to optimize campaigns and ROI.

You will recruit affiliates/IBs, monitor programs, negotiate contracts, and coordinate with creative to produce promo assets for targeted geos. Fluency in English and Spanish and fintech familiarity are highly valued.

Formación

• Degree in Marketing, Digital Media, or related field is a plus.
• 1–2 years of experience in an Affiliate Manager role.
• Experience within Forex or Fintech is a plus.
• Fluency in English and Spanish is required.
• Strong knowledge of affiliate networks and partner marketing channels.
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
• Strong planning and project management skills.
• Willingness to travel for conferences and meetings.

Responsabilidades

• Recruit and manage Affiliates/IBs and maintain relationships.
• Monitor affiliate programs and activities.
• Communicate with clients to answer questions and resolve issues.
• Negotiate with networks to expand our affiliate program.
• Negotiate contracts with new affiliates or renew existing agreements.
• Create proposals for new affiliate relationships based on ROI.
• Review campaigns and identify improvements or discontinuations.
• Coordinate with creative team for promo materials (GEO landing pages, banners).
• Represent the company at international events.
