Hostinger is seeking a Product Growth & Partnerships Manager to own the affiliate growth strategy for one of our products. You will combine data, product knowledge, and commercial thinking to identify high-impact partnerships and turn insights into measurable business results.

You'll collaborate with Product Marketing, PPC, Content, and Affiliate Marketing to launch campaigns, optimize CPA/ROAS, and drive sustainable customer growth across markets and partner segments.

Formación

• Experience building growth strategies, partnerships, or affiliate marketing initiatives.
• Ability to understand technical products and communicate their value to different audiences.
• Strong commercial mindset with ability to identify opportunities and turn them into business growth.

Responsabilidades

• Own the affiliate growth strategy for a Hostinger product, driving high-impact opportunities.
• Analyze performance metrics (CPA, ROAS, LTV) and optimize initiatives.
• Build and strengthen partnerships with key affiliates for long-term value.
• Collaborate with Product Marketing, PPC, Content, and Affiliate Marketing teams on campaigns.
• Identify trends and test ideas to improve affiliate performance.
