Job summary

Marriott International in Mallorca seeks an experienced sales and catering leader to proactively solicit and manage group/catering opportunities. You will up-sell opportunities, drive revenue, and ensure service delivery through strong client relationships.

This role requires coordinating with Event Booking and Operations to turn over business smoothly, while delivering exceptional customer experiences and loyalty across the account.

Qualifications

• Must have a high school diploma or GED; 2 years experience in sales, marketing, guest services, front desk, or related area.
• A 2-year degree in Business Admin, Marketing, Hotel & Restaurant Management, or related major; no work experience required.

Responsibilities

• Identify new group/catering business to achieve revenue goals.
• Close opportunities and negotiate contracts; manage proposals and customer correspondence.
• Provide exceptional customer service to grow share of the account and loyalty.
